Why introduce our members to ADP?
Simple. Groups and Associations are always competing for membership. Improving and differentiating your own group’s value proposition is critical to attracting and retaining members. Your association will benefit from increased enrolment and retention through the introduction of a very significant NEW member benefit. Your members will benefit from new access to safe, reliable prescription medications for as much as 50-80% below retail prices charged in the USA. |
Is there a cost to our Organization to allow our members to access discounted prescription medications safely and conveniently?
No. There is no cost to introducing your members to a significant new health benefit. |
What does our Association have to do to make safe, reliable prescription medications available to our members? |
There are a variety of ways to introduce your members to ADP; a formal endorsement from your organization, along with a coordinated communication launch is very effective, but certainly not the exclusive approach. A “soft launch” or informative article appearing in a regular communication can be effective, too. The unique nature of your Group or Association, the communications vehicles available to it, and the size of membership can determine the best and easiest way to extend access to safe, reliable prescription medications at as much as
30%-80% below retail prices. Contact us to determine the best communication strategy for your organization. |
Would family members qualify in addition to Association members?
Yes. Family members can piggyback on your members’ access to safe, reliable prescription medications. |
Does ADP pay endorsement fees to organizations?
ADP has a variety of programs to support member communications for Groups and Associations. Although many groups prefer to pass on the entire savings available to their members, we can tailor an approach that constitutes an effective approach for your organization. Contact us to determine the best strategy for your organization. |
Is there a cost savings on a group approach to making available safe, reliable prescription medications at discounted prices?
The price of our medications is kept low by price controls imposed by our government regulators. There are a number of ways that dispensing costs, which are not regulated, can be contained. Our approach is to help your members understand the most effective manner that they can manage their own needs to avoid duplication in dispensing fees and to garner additional discounts through multi-member purchasing. These can be hidden costs in other on-line pharmacy operations that have a significant impact on the cost of medications. |
Is there an administrative burden on our organization to provide this benefit?
There is no need for your staff to be involved unless you wish to be pro-active in the management of
communication
materials for you members. The degree of involvement that your organization has is dictated by your own needs. Contact us to determine the most effective approach for your members. |

Are Canadian Drugs safe?
When endorsing any program we fully understand your role is to ensure that all things pass your own litmus test. In this regard we pay a great deal of attention to the importance of safety, and integrity. All medications dispensed must be approved by
Health Canada (Canada's equivalent of the FDA), all orders require a legitimate prescription and are processed by Licensed and Regulated Canadian pharmacies. Beyond this, we ensure our partners are fully accredited by both
CIPA and
NAPAC. |

How is my member client data managed?
Confidentiality of client data is critical when dealing with sensitive client information. We collect and share client data only as regards filling the orders as requested, and we share information only with the resources directly involved in doing so. At no time do we share this information with anyone beyond the medical practitioners and pharmacists we use, and at no time do we make this information available to other sources, nor do we use or plan to use this information in any capacity for any other reasons than to fill your members prescription medications as requested by them. |
Are there hidden costs?
No. We have set up our Association program to provide a discount from our regular wholesale business. Beyond this, all the costs associated with dispensing
are accounted for in our total Association program. At no point will your member receive additional charges beyond the quoted price. In fact we go beyond that and try and help your members reduce their costs even more. How? By ordering maximum supplies and coordinating orders between family members, your members will receive even greater savings. |
How easy is it for my members to get started?
We see doing business with your members as a privilege not a right. In saying this, your members can print off forms and fax or mail them to us, they can submit forms over our secure internet service, or they can phone our client service representatives and talk to them directly.
