Our Frequently Asked Questions For Members
Can you fill prescriptions from American doctors?

Yes we can once a Canadian doctor has reviewed your "chart" and approved the prescription under his/her Canadian license.
Do I get charged a shipping charge for every prescription?

Shipping Charges are $14.95 USD  per package, not per drug.

Is the dispensing fee charged for each prescription?

Our Dispensing fees are included in our prices. There are NEVER any surprises when you use our service.

Are all drugs that are available in the US available in Canada?

Not all drugs available in the United States are available in Canada.
What is the difference between a brand name drug and a Generic drug?

A generic drug is a medication for which the original manufacturer has lost patent protection. Because of this, other manufacturers are allowed to produce and sell the exact medication at a lower more competitive price. The generic drug is the exact same medication as the original brand name drug, simply made by another company. Due to strict regulations on the generic drug industry, these drugs must provide the same therapeutic effect as the brand name drug. For more information on specific Brand Name and Generic Drugs, please see our Prescription Drug Glossary.

How long will my order take to process?

It takes at least up to 10 - 14 business days to process your prescriptions once we have your COMPLETE patient profile and your VALID American prescription, plus 7 to 10 business days for shipping. The entire ordering process can take up to 21 working days to arrive at your door.

One of the most effective ways to offset future delays is to have your doctor issue a prescription for a 3 month supply PLUS 3 refill orders. In this manner we can help ensure your prescriptions arrive on time.
Why can your Pharmacies only write a prescription for a maximum of 3 months?

Due to regulations put into place by the FDA, American citizens are only allowed to import a maximum of 3 months worth of medication for personal use. Any amount above this 3 month limit is not considered "personal use".
What can slow down the process of my order?

Our goal is to get your medications processed within 8 business days, plus 7-10 business days for shipping. Sometimes, this process can be slowed down slightly if:

a) Your credit card information is inaccurate or incomplete. Always ensure that you copy down your credit card information accurately, and ensure that all the fields are completed when filling in our on-line forms.

b) Your credit card company denies the purchase because it is from a foreign company. Sometimes as a security measure, credit card companies will deny purchases that are made in a foreign country if they can tell that you haven’t traveled there recently. It helps if you are able to speak to your credit card company to let them know that a purchase from Canada will be going through on your credit card, so that they will know to permit this purchase.
