The entire ordering process can take up to 21 working days to arrive at your door. In cooperation with CanadaPost our preferred shipper, you may track your package online once it has been shipped through our website. *Direct Pharmacy reserves the right to refuse any cancelled orders within the first 21 days. Return Policy The Pharmacist shall not accept the return for use or re-use of any portion of any drug or non-prescription medication (College of Pharmacists Standard 5.1 (m) Standards of Practice - The Pharmacist, Jan. 1, 1996). Site Use Policy Protecting your privacy is important to Direct Pharmacy, referred to as ADP. This Policy explains how ADP uses and discloses the personal information collected from and provided by you while using ADP's Web site (the "Main Site"). Any personal information collected or provided to us through the Main Site will be treated with care, and subject to this Policy, will not be used or disclosed in ways to which you have not consented. Any Order information provided to us on the site where you place an order (the “Secure Site”) will be treated subject to the terms provided in the order form which you should review prior to providing that information. Also, ADP must cooperate fully should a situation arise where ADP is required by law or a legal authority to release your personal information. Nevertheless, due to the nature of the Internet, security and privacy risks cannot be eliminated therefore ADP cannot guarantee that your personal information will not be disclosed in ways not otherwise described in this Policy.
